Real estate is a big deal, and you deserve the truth. I’ll never pressure you into a decision that doesn’t feel right. Instead, I’ll give you the knowledge and insight to make the best move on your own terms. No deal is better than a bad deal. I want you to be just as happy years later as you are the day you move in. No deal is better than a bad deal. For example, some people don’t consider that just because you are approved for up to $500k doesn’t mean you should buy up to $500k house. The interest or payment might be overwhelming or limit you after the excitement of the new home wears off. You should be excited about your circumstances the day you move in, and in a great place down the line.

Whether you’re buying or selling, every dollar matters. I’ve negotiated great deals for buyers and sales for sellers—and I’ll make sure you get the best possible outcome, too.

Getting top dollar for my sellers and the best deals for my buyers is top priority but it comes down to circumstances and context. My first listing we got 26,000 over asking price and everybody won. It’s important to remember value over price and not miss what really matters beyond raw numbers. Sometimes its just numbers, sometimes its about goals, objectives and your dreams. 

Thinking like an investor

I understand the value of investing in real estate, and I love educating new investors and working with current investors. I see properties differently. Property is amazing because it’s where we grow with our family and our friends, but we can also use it to grow our wealth and better care for our loved ones.  I’m passionate about helping people and sharing the insights I’ve gleaned over the years. I’ll help you understand the long-term value, resale potential, and opportunities other buyers might miss. At the end of the day, it’s client first. Every good investor knows it’s about the long game. We like to call it phantom money. You might not see it today, but down the line, it’s very real and compounding in your favor.
